Getting Help

Please contact us with a short description of your situation and your needs.

We’ll get back to you during our office hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 3pm.

We may need you to submit documentation proving your financial and/or medical eligibility.

We may also require an initial home visit to evaluate what work needs to be done (especially if we’re doing construction).

Home Delivery

We deliver the following items, at no cost, for those with a demonstrated need:

  • Beds and mattresses
  • Furniture (tables, chairs, sofas, dressers, etc)
  • Appliances (washers / dryers / refrigerators)
  • Floor rugs
  • Lamps
  • Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels
  • Basic kitchen tools (pots, pans, dishes, utensils)

We only provide enough furniture to meet the needs of those regularly living in the home.

Item availability is limited to what donations we have in stock, so there might be a bit of a wait.

Home Accessibility

We will construct wheelchair ramps or other accessibility features at no cost for those with demonstrated medical and financial need.

  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Stairs
  • Walkways
  • Handrails
  • Bathroom grab bars

Once you contact us, we’ll visit your home to plan out what work needs to be done, then arrange a time for the construction.

Typically these projects will require one or two days of work on-site, depending on the project’s size and complexity.

Home Maintenance

We will perform various cleaning and repair tasks around your home. These services are typically intended for those neighbors who have a hard time performing physical tasks.

  • Home cleaning
  • Yard care (mowing, leaf raking, trimming)
  • Minor home repairs and refurbishment
