  • You can help Christians Concerned for the Community to assist families in crisis with furniture and household items by donating new or gently used items.
    All donations are tax deductible. If you would like to donate furniture our staff or volunteers can arrange to to pick up the item from your home, and are sometimes able to immediately deliver the item to a family in need.
    There is also a need for household items, such as linens, pots and pans, dishes, etc. To donate these items please contact us at office@cccgainesville.com.

Neighbor $25/month (receive monthly updates)
$25 buys grab bars for a neighbor’s bathroom.

Community developer $100/month (receive monthly updates & a CCC t-shirt)
$100 builds a ‘mini’ ramp, $1200 builds 2 full-size wheelchair ramps.

Sponsor an intern $250/month
Internships include: furniture delivery, grab bar installation, & home visits

Practical Needs

Christians Concerned for the Community assists churches, ministries, nonprofits, and local government agencies by coordinating and equipping their efforts for acts of service. Please see our Internship program.

Christians Concerned for the Community has an active mentoring/internship program during summer, school semesters, or any time a person can commit.

Christians Concerned for the Community works with neighbors to make sure that our resources get to those who most need it in our community. Join us today!
