Meet the staff of CCC!

Ericson Frank, Executive Director

I feel called to the work of expressing God’s love by equipping the Church to help people!  I’ve worked with CCC since 2003 and have been Executive Director since April 2004.  Originally born in Canada, my family lived in Venice, FL, before I moved to Gainesville, FL in 2000.  I have been involved in youth leadership all through high school and college, and was a youth director for a year before working with CCC.  I graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a major in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership.  I have been happily married to my wife, Jennifer, since May of 2003, and I also became a U.S. citizen in 2004.  I am apart of both the leadership and worship teams at Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Gainesville, FL.

Kim Yunk, Office Manager (part-time)

The most gracious Lord brought me to CCC at a volunteer organization fair my freshman year at UF. I was less than excited to be in Gainesville going to school and missed the Army. I was looking for community and anything I could do to invest in the lives of others. I began to volunteer in the office fall of 2006. I had an amazing time getting to know the neighbors and staff my freshman year. When I left Gainesville for the summer to train for the Army Reserve I looked forward to being a bigger part of CCC when I returned the next fall. I began interning in fall of 2007 with a passion for connecting people in the Alachua area with a community. I met so many people the previous year that were searching for a family and place of growth. In the past year I have worked to meet different churches in this county and connecting our neighbors.

Evan Altes, Donations Manager (part-time)

Hello and my name is Evan Altes. I’m pleased to inform you that of all the people in all the world, I was chosen as CCC’s Donation Manager. What does that mean? That means I get furniture, deliver furniture, and pretty much make this happen. I once lived in Mexico, though I became alive in Ormond Beach, FL. Yeah, I like the outdoors. Yeah, I like to socialize. Yeah, I take naps in my car. So there. You thought you knew, but you had no idea. Thank you for your time.
